How to Open an Account with Red Letter Supplies

If you already have an account with Red Letter Supplies, simply click On Account at Checkout. If you would like to open an account please contact one of our sales team on 01 5450045. Further information is available here. 

 

Click and Collect - How it works ? 

After your order is complete you can no longer add items, change, or cancel your order.

If you’d like to add additional items to your order / cancel your order, please contact Red Letter directly on 01 5450045.

Most items will be ready to collect within 24 hours of placing your order. You will get an email indicating when the order is ready for collection. 

Please have your order confirmation to hand when you come to collect. 

Within 24 hours of a customer not collecting their order we will be in touch to confirm you are still collecting the order. If goods remain un-collected we will cancel your order and process a refund for the cost of the goods

Long lead items 

Although we endeavour to have items in stock, sometimes some items may have a longer lead time. These will be clearly indicated. We will keep you informed of expected delivery dates etc.
